1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Xintu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.
2. Use of the Application
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Xintu application. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

All content and materials within the Xintu application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Xintu or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the application without our express written permission.
5. User Content
You may be able to submit content to the Xintu application, such as reviews, comments, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Xintu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the application.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Xintu at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Xintu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Xintu or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the application shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing the application.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xintu, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the application or your violation of these Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of Xintu shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms of Service are effective when they are posted on this page.
