We at Xintu stand behind the quality of our bags. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy covers the following scenarios:
Refunds for Broken or Defective Items
If your bag is found to be broken or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a full refund. Please report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a return and refund.
Refunds for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please note that administrative and redelivery fees may apply depending on the situation. All requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
